Gurgaon: MCG has sought a detailed performance report on a private agency providing manpower and tractor-trolley services after finding that an earlier submission from officials lacked sufficient details about its work and action taken against it.The civic body has asked its joint commissioners to provide details of all show-cause notices issued to the agency over unsatisfactory services or for improvement in its performance. The officials have also been asked to give a clear recommendation on whether the agency should be blacklisted or debarred from future work.“It is informed that the office went through the reports submitted by your office and it was found that the report was not self-explanatory. The number of show cause notices issued for unsatisfactory services or for improvement of services have not been mentioned in the report. Moreover, the data about the fine/penalties imposed month-wise upon the agency was also not mentioned in the report,” read a letter recently sent by MCG commissioner to the joint commissioners.The joint commissioners have been asked to submit the revised report immediately so that further action can be taken.
