Kolkata: An enforcement directorate (ED) team on Sunday morning reached an apartment at Kankurgachhi in connection to a probe. According to sources, an ED team in New Delhi started probing a case and the team from Delhi reached the spot early on Sunday.While ED sources did not want to comment on the searches, sources said that the residence at which the search operations were conducted belongs to a Shah family, who are involved in share trading and money market operations.“It is a case registered by the Delhi office. There are complaints over money laundering and the team is looking into that. The team from Delhi needed logistics support and we provided that,” said an ED official in Kolkata.
