Ghaziabad: A 30-year-old man from Delhi was shot in the leg allegedly by his brothers-in-law at a property office in Tronica City on Tuesday. An initial probe suggests that the brothers argued with the man on Monday evening after his wife complained to them about a domestic tiff.ACP Ankur Vihar Amardeep Kumar Maurya said Tarun, who is a property dealer in Loni, was working at an office in Ilaichipur. Around 11am, his brothers-in-law — Akash and Vikash — walked into the office and fired at him. “They fired a few rounds but only one bullet hit Tarun. They then rode off on a motorcycle,” he said.Locals heard the gunshots and informed the police, and they rushed Tarun to GTB Hospital, where he is undergoing treatment.Maurya said an initial investigation revealed that Tarun’s wife complained to her brothers about a fight she had with her husband. Akash and Vikash then called up Tarun. They had a heated exchange and hurled abuses at each other.Tarun has filed a complaint at the Tronica City police station, and the police are registering an FIR against them. Four teams have been formed to nab them.
