New Delhi: Delhi High Court Monday declined a plea seeking an urgent hearing into the incident where a 22-year-old man was slapped by PWD minister Parvesh Verma. A lawyer mentioned the matter before a bench of Justices Nitin Wasudeo Sambre and Sanjay Sharma, alleging that police had failed to take any concrete action against Verma and the victim was not getting justice. HC, however, said there was no ground for urgent listing and it would come in due course.
