Syed OmarThe 59th death anniversary of Mir Osman Ali Khan, the last Nizam ofHyderabad, was observed on February 24 with solemnity and reverence. Floraltributes were paid at his grave at Masjid-e-Judi, King Koti, where familymembers, admirers and members of the public gathered to offer Fateha andremember his contributions. Nawab Mir Najaf Ali Khan, grandson of the lastNizam, along with others, paid floral tributes and offered prayers on theoccasion. Speakers recalled the services rendered by the late Nizam in thefields of education, infrastructure and public welfare during his reign,stating that his legacy continues to be remembered in Hyderabad.
