Bengaluru: A routine ride to work ended in tragedy for a 34-year-old man after a speeding garbage truck hit his scooter and ran over him near Sirsi Circle on Mysuru Road Monday morning.Satish, a resident of Goripalya near JJ Nagar, worked as an attender a private firm near Town Hall.Police said Satish left home as usual and was riding towards Town Hall around 9.30am. As he approached Sirsi Circle, the GBA garbage truck collided with the scooter. The impact threw Satish onto the road and he was crushed to death under the rear wheel of the truck.Chamarajpet traffic police subjected truck driver Narasimhalu, 36, to an alcometer test and the result was negative.
