No one will be denied treatment due to lack of money: CM

Gorakhpur: Chief minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday assured people that the state govt is committed to resolving public grievances and providing financial assistance for the treatment of serious illnesses“No one will be denied treatment due to lack of money,” the CM said while interacting with over 200 people during aJanata Darshan programme at Gorakhnath Temple.Yogi instructed officials to prepare medical estimates for eligible patients at the earliest so that funds could be released without delay. He also directed authorities to ensure that all eligible beneficiaries receive Ayushman cards.He directed authorities to ensure speedy, transparent and satisfactory disposal of public complaints, warning that negligence in addressing people’s issues would not be tolerated.Yogi stressed that no individual should face injustice and asked officials to adopt a sensitive approach while dealing with complainants. He directed special attention to revenue and police-related matters and advised that family disputes should first be resolved through dialogue before initiating legal proceedings.Earlier in the morning, Yogi offered prayers at Gorakhnath Temple, paid tributes to his guru Mahant Avaidyanath and visited the temple cowshed, where he fed jaggery to cows and reviewed their care arrangements.
