Gorakhpur: The newly appointed BJP Gorakhpur regional general secretary, Rahul Srivastava, has intensified his outreach to senior party leaders after assuming charge.On Thursday, Srivastava paid courtesy visits to Gorakhpur Mayor Manglesh Srivastava and former Sahjanwa MLA and senior BJP leader Sheetal Pandey. During the meetings, he discussed organisational matters and sought their blessings and advice.Recently, he also met Union Minister of State for Rural Development Kamlesh Paswan, Gorakhpur Rural MLA Vipin Singh and Pipraich MLA Mahendra Pal Singh. Discussions during these meetings focused on organisational activities and ways to further strengthen the party in the region.Srivastava said the strength of the BJP lies in the experience of its senior leaders and the dedication of its workers. He added that the organisation would continue to benefit from the guidance of senior leaders while working to further strengthen the party.
