Hyderabad: TPCC president Mahesh Kumar Goud called BJP chief Nitin Nabin’s visit to Telangana on Sunday as a flop show.He said that Telangana BJP leaders couldn’t even properly organise a small gathering. “If they cannot manage this, what exactly do they expect to achieve in the upcoming corporation elections in Greater Hyderabad? Before boasting that they will win booths and capture the corporation polls, they should first face the ground reality,” he added.He said that the people of Telangana have already rejected BJP’s divisive politics in the assembly elections. “Before speaking about the Greater Hyderabad elections, first remove all the hurdles from the Centre that are blocking the expansion of the Hyderabad Metro, and only then talk about anything else,” Goud said.He asked Nabin to explain why the CBI has taken no action in the Kaleshwaram scam involving lakhs of crores. “Is Nitin Nabin prepared to support an inquiry into the corruption that took place during the BRS regime,” he questioned.Goud said that BJP is using the mask of “nationalism” only to divert attention from growing economic distress, unemployment, paper leaks, the central funds due to Telangana, and the discussion around pending projects.
