Lucknow: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is planning a series of residential projects across the city, ranging from affordable housing in Anant Nagar and Sharda Nagar to premium apartments in Aishbagh, Basant Kunj, Gomti Nagar and CG City.The largest project, Aditi Apartments in Anant Nagar, will have 1,392 affordable flats in five residential towers. The project will comprise 412 one-bedroom and 980 two-bedroom flats. At Mill Road in Aishbagh, Aishbagh Square project will have 384 3-BHK flats in four 27-storey towers. Each flat will have an area of around 1,900 sq ft and cost about Rs 1.11 crore.In Basant Kunj, Park View Apartment, opposite Rashtra Prerna Sthal, will have 364 flats in four towers. It will comprise 3-BHK and 3-BHK-plus-servant-room units. Prices will range between Rs 75 lakh and Rs 95 lakh, officials said.In Sharda Nagar, Bageshwari Apartments will have 1,248 affordable housing units in five towers, including 312 one-bedroom flats.The Narmada Apartment project, originally planned in Gomti Nagar Extension, has now been shifted to CG City and renamed Nautica Greens. The earlier plan included 300 flats and 12 penthouses, while the revised proposal envisages 500 flats and 20 penthouses.The Lake View Apartment project in Viraj Khand, Gomti Nagar, is also being planned as a premium housing development. Its detailed project report is being finalised, and construction is expected to begin after approval.LDA vice-chairperson Prathamesh Kumar said the projects had been planned with landscaped areas and modern amenities, including high-speed lifts, rainwater harvesting, power backup, stormwater drainage, community spaces, pedestrian pathways and ample parking.He added that tendering has begun and construction is expected to start shortly.
