Panaji: Goa govt has approved a bonus equivalent to 30 days’ emoluments for eligible state govt employees for 2025–26, with a maximum payout capped at Rs 6,908.The finance department has directed that the payment be made electronically by Nov 6.The bonus will not be applicable to Group C and non-gazetted Group B employees whose salaries correspond to pay matrix level 7 and above as on April 1.The benefit will also be extended to employees of govt-funded autonomous bodies that follow govt pay patterns and do not have any existing bonus, ex-gratia, or incentive scheme.
