It keeps electrolytes balanced in the body. Similarly, Bel ka Sharbat keeps the stomach cool and prevents dehydration. Sattu solution not only provides instant energy to the body but also offers cooling relief. He said health issues such as heatstroke, dehydration, dizziness, and fatigue become common in summer. Simple home remedies prescribed in Ayurveda not only protect against heatstroke but also keep the body cool and refreshed from within. If these remedies are incorporated into daily routine, the effects of heat can be significantly reduced and the body remains balanced.Several items available in the kitchen are also effective in providing relief from heat.
