Bengaluru: A 23-year-old courier-delivery person was stabbed by four men for honking when they blocked the road near his house in Banaswadi, east Bengaluru.According to the complaint filed by Appu, a resident of Sathyanagar, the incident happened between 10pm and 10.30pm on May 9. He was returning home after work when the gang refused to let him pass on I Cross.So, he honked and asked them to make way, and the situation quickly escalated. The men allegedly picked up a quarrel with Appu, and one of them stabbed him on the upper left side of his chest. When Appu cried for help in pain, others residents and passers-by rushed towards the spot, prompting the group to flee the scene.Appu’s elder brother took him to hospital. A case was registered under BNS Section 118 (voluntarily causing hurt or grievous hurt by dangerous weapons or means).
