Itanagar: Police arrested two drug peddlers and seized 163 grams of suspected heroin worth around Rs 20 lakh during a late-night operation in the Chimpu area here, officials said on Monday.According to a statement by Capital Itanagar superintendent of police, Jummar Basar, eight soap cases, five tobacco containers, and 18 plastic vials filled with the contraband were recovered. Police also confiscated 334 empty plastic vials and other materials allegedly intended for packaging and distribution.
