TRICHY: Municipal administration minister and DMK principal secretary K N Nehru trails behind TVK candidate G Ramamoorthy in Trichy West assembly segment by 1,141 votes at the end of round two of counting of votes. In some booths, the TVK candidate has secured 50-100 votes more than the DMK candidate. Nehru oversees 41 assembly constituencies in the Cauvery delta region.
