Operational guidelines being prepared
Chennai: Finance minister N Marie Wilson in the state assembly said the Tamil Nadu assured pension scheme for govt officials will be implemented.“The recommendations given by the committee, headed by IAS officer Gagandeep Singh Bedi is taken by us. We are preparaing the operational guidelines for it. It will be implemented,” he said.TAPS guarantees state government employees and teachers an assured pension equal to 50% of their last-drawn basic pay plus dearness allowance (DA)ENDS
