Earlier, we were often seen differently, but this effort has given us a sense of respect and responsibility. Contributing to the city’s beautification makes us feel proud.” Another participant added that the recognition for their work would help them feel more connected to society.Kasera said the initiative was launched in line with the chief minister’s vision, with a strong focus on public participation. “Despite the weather, people turned out in large numbers from across the city to take part in painting activities, which reflects the campaign’s success,” he said. Efforts would be made to cover even more walls and spread the message of cleanliness more widely.Nayak said the campaign was aimed at spreading awareness about cleanliness among citizens, while also sending a positive message to visitors.
