Pune: Leasing rentals for commercial spaces in the city have remained stable with developers continuing to restrict new supply despite office absorption showing signs of moderation.Knight Frank India data said average rental for office space rose 5% year-on-year to Rs 81 per sqft as of March 31 in view of a sharp decline in new office supply, which fell to 10 lakh sqft between Jan and March 2026 as against 35 lakh sqft during the same period last year.Real estate services firm CBRE said rentals were stable across key business hubs like Baner, Hinjewadi, and Kharadi, driven by gross absorption of 14 lakh sqft against a supply of 10 lakh sqft.
