NTA opens final CUET UG subject correction window

Ahmedabad: The National Testing Agency (NTA) issued an important notification regarding Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2026, offering candidates a final opportunity to modify their selected subjects. As per the announcement, an online correction window was opened from April 17 to 19, for applicants who successfully registered and paid the exam fee.This decision comes as a relief to many students who requested changes due to errors in subject selection or the need to align choices with their academic requirements. Candidates can make the necessary corrections until 11.50pm on April 19, after which no further changes will be permitted.According to the official schedule, CUET (UG) will be conducted from May 11 to 31, in computer-based test (CBT) mode across various centres in India and abroad. The application process was initially held from Jan 3 to 30, with the last date for fee payment on Jan 31. The deadline was later extended to Feb 4, and fee payment was allowed until Feb 7. Additionally, a re-registration window was provided from Feb 23 to 26.NTA advised candidates to carefully review and update their subject choices within the given timeframe and regularly check the official website for updates.
