Seerole (Dornakal): Forty children travelling in a private school bus had a narrow escape when their bus hit a truck in front of it. Seerole police stated that the bus driver hit the truck after losing control due to overspeeding. The school children received minor injuries in the incident that took place at Nallela village crossroad in Seerole mandal of Mahabubabad district.According to Seerole sub-inspector G Santhosh, the front portion of the school bus was damaged in the incident. “We handed the children to their parents. A case has been registered, and we are investigating,” said Santhosh.Government whip and Dornakal MLA Ram Chander Naik visited the accident spot and enquired about the incident. He asked the authorities take measures to avoid such accidents by placing speed breakers at required spots.
