New Delhi: At least nine incidents of house and wall collapses were reported Friday following heavy rain, prompting emergency responses from Delhi Fire Services (DFS). Fire officials said the calls began early morning and continued till the afternoon as rain lashed several parts of the capital. No injuries or fatalities were reported.In addition, DFS also received 16 calls regarding trees that were uprooted or fell due to the rain and strong winds. Teams were dispatched to clear the obstructions and ensure safety; no casualties were reported.
