Bengaluru: RT Nagar police have arrested a man and his woman accomplice in connection with a house burglary in Sultanpalya, and seized 75.3 grams of gold ornaments worth Rs 10.5 lakh.The accused have been identified as Mohammed Mudasir S, 18, and Tabasum, 35, both residents of Thimmaiah Garden. Police said Mudasir broke into a house in Sultanpalya on March 28 and stole around 80 grams of gold ornaments. The victim had locked the house that evening before leaving for work, but upon returning later that night, found the door lock broken and the ornaments missing.Police nabbed Mudasir on April 5 near Thimmaiah Garden. He told police that he had handed over the stolen gold to Tabasum, who was arrested the same day. She confessed to receiving the stolen ornaments and keeping them at her house, cops said.
