Chennai: A man was arrested for trespassing into the house of a 33-year-old woman and sexually harassing her while she was alone at home in Thoraipakkam.Police said the woman, who resides with her family, became acquainted with Altaf Hussain, 52, of Perungudi. They exchanged phone numbers. Altaf began calling the woman frequently and sent obscene messages to her. On Thursday, when she was alone at home, he entered her house and sexually harassed her. He fled the scene when the woman raised an alarm.Thoraipakkam police registered a case and arrested Altaf on Friday. He was produced before a magistrate and remanded in judicial custody.
