Mumbai: Chief minister Devendra Fadnavis on Monday launched the Mahachatur AI Chatbot which will provide skill training, employment, entrepreneurship and guidance to the youth of the state on a single platform. The launch ceremony was held at the Sahyadri state guest house.It is a transformative initiative for Maharashtra, said the CM.Developed under the initiative of the Department of Skill, Employment, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, this chatbot is the first of its kind by the state government in the country. This chatbot will make the journey from education to employment easier for the youth and will provide skilled manpower to the industries immediately, asserted Fadnavis.He added that this chatbot will be useful especially for providing proper guidance to employment-oriented youth and since it is easily available to everyone through WhatsApp, it will benefit a lot. The skill sector will be strengthened through Center of Excellence, ITI modernization, increasing participation of women in skill initiatives, the CM said.
