Let’s settle score in Gajwel, Revanth challenges KCR
Chief minister A Revanth Reddy at a meet in Nakrekal

Hyderabad: Chief minister A Revanth Reddy on Saturday said their next target is Sircilla, Siddipet and Gajwel assembly constituencies wherein Congress will fly its flag in the next elections. These constituencies are represented by BRS working president KT Rama Rao, BRS deputy floor leader T Harish Rao and BRS president and former chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, respectively.Addressing a public meeting in the Nakrekal assembly constituency in the combined Nalgonda district, the chief minister dared KCR to quit the MLA post with dignity and prepare for a by-election in his Gajwel assembly constituency if he was not ready to attend the assembly session. At one point of time, Revanth went to the extent of saying why KCR should not be dismissed from his position as the leader of the opposition when govt has spent over Rs 24 crore on his salary and other expenses but he was not attending the assembly sessions. He threw a challenge at BRS president and the leader of the opposition, K Chandrashekhar Rao, to attend the assembly session commencing Monday. Reiterating that he will not allow BRS to sprout again in the state, Revanth Reddy said he would visit Sircilla and Siddipet by Sept-end. A meeting would be organised in Sircilla soon, he added.“I have moral values, decency and culture. That is the reason I allowed Konda Surekha and D Anasuya (Seethakka) inside my house to tie rakhi. KTR threw his own sister out of the house and BRS because he feared that she would demand a share of the property. Is such a KTR capable of looking after the welfare of crores of women in the state?” Revanth asked.
