With the India-West Indies T20 cricket match scheduled at M Chinnaswamy Stadium on Oct 17, traffic police have announced parking restrictions, designated parking facilities and specific entry and exit arrangements to ensure smooth traffic movement and avoid congestion around the stadium.
Areas where you can’t park vehicles
- Both sides of Queens Road between Balekundri Circle, Queens Circle and CTO Junction
- MG Road between Queens Circle and Anil Kumble Circle
- Link Road between MG Road and Cubbon Road
- Lok Bhavan Road, T Chowdiah Road, Race Course Road and both sides of Central Street Road
- On Cubbon Road, between CTO Circle and Manipal Circle; Kaveri Emporium Jn to Dickenson Junction
- Both sides of Kamaraj Road
- On St Mark’s Road, between Ashirvadam and Anil Kumble Circle; SBI Jn to Cash Pharmacy
- Museum Cross Road, between MG Road and St Mark’s Road
- Kasturba Road, between Hudson Circle and Queens Circle
- Inside Cubbon Park, parking is prohibited on King Road, in front of Press Club and Bal Bhavan
- Lavelle Road between Queens Circle and Vittal Mallya Road Jn
- Vittal Mallya Road from Siddalingaiah Circle to Bishop Cotton Girls’ School and from Siddalingaiah Circle to RRMR Circle
