Kolkata: The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education on Tuesday revised its examination routine once again, rescheduling the papers, which were slated for Sept 22, to Oct 13 due to Karam Puja.The subjects previously slated for Sept 22 included vocational papers of healthcare, automobile, organised retailing, security, IT & ITeS, electronics, tourism & hospitality, plumbing, construction, banking, financial services & insurance and food processing.This is the second time that the council revised its third-semester routine, the earlier change being due to by-election dates. Third-semester exams will be held from Sept 21 to Oct 14.
