AMTS bus stand at Manav Mandir, Ahmedabad
Ahmedabad: On Monday morning, an AMTS bus was passing near D-Mart in the Bapunagar area when a sudden short circuit triggered a fire. The driver immediately pulled the bus over and safely evacuated the passengers.The Ahmedabad Fire and Emergency Services were informed, and firefighters quickly brought the blaze under control. Fortunately, no casualties were reported.An AMTS official said, “Bus No. 300 was passing near Anupam Colony’s D-Mart when a short circuit in the wiring caused a fire. The fire brigade promptly controlled the situation, and no passengers were injured in the incident.”
