Shimla: Chief minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu will address the people of Himachal Pradesh in a special Independence Day message to be broadcast on All India Radio, Shimla, at 8pm on Aug 14.The message will also be aired on FM Shimla, FM Hamirpur, FM Dharamshala and all relay centres of AIR Shimla.Sukhu’s recorded message will be telecast on DD Himachal at 9.30am on Aug 15, immediately after governor Kavinder Gupta’s Independence Day address.
