DGTS–CII Seminar on Authorised Economic Operators (AEO) & MOOWR in cityThe Directorate General of Taxpayer Services (DGTS), in association with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Gujarat, organised a seminar on ‘Authorised Economic Operators (AEO) & Manufacture and Other Operations in Warehouse Regulations (MOOWR)’ in the city on Friday. The statement said that participants from urban local bodies, rural local bodies and other institutions were given information about important updates made in the solid waste management rules.51.3 lakh farmers to get instalments under the PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi schemeAs many as 51.3 lakh farmers from Gujarat will get the 23rd instalment under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme on Saturday, an official statement said on Friday. Farmers in the state will collectively get a sum of Rs 1,025 crore which will be deposited directly in their bank accounts. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will preside over the nationwide programme to disburse instalment under the scheme to farmers, the statement added.
