Hyderabad: The Army has approached HYDRAA alleging encroachment on defence land and unauthorised constructions, seeking the agency’s immediate intervention to protect the property.Lieutenant Colonel Jai Singh met HYDRAA commissioner AV Ranganath on Wednesday and submitted a representation stating that a G+2 building was allegedly being constructed on Army land in Quthbullapur, Medchal-Malkajgiri district, without the required permissions.Seeking immediate action, the Army urged HYDRAA to stop the construction and prevent further encroachment on defence land. After examining the representation, the HYDRAA commissioner directed officials to conduct a field inspection, verify the allegations and initiate appropriate action based on the findings.
