Ahmedabad: The Ahmedabad Rural Police arrested three men in connection with a loot in Koth village. The loot took place on Sunday, when unidentified assailants allegedly conspired to enter a house in Koth with the intent to commit robbery, assaulted the complainant and a witness, and fled after looting gold and silver ornaments worth Rs 55,500, Rs 90,000 in cash, and three mobile phones worth Rs 65,000, taking the total to Rs 2.11 lakh. The victims were also allegedly threatened with death.Cops launched an investigation, and based on technical evidence and inputs, the rural police nabbed Jayendra Makwana, a resident of Shihoripura; Hardik Makwana, a resident of Kesardi; and Jagmal Solanki of Daran village in Sanand.
