Kolkata: Mumbai-based Allcargo Logistics will set up a warehouse project spread across 45 acres in Dankuni, according to CEO real estate and global procurement head Ram Walase.The company has tied up with local firm Pratham Dealmark for the project, which will involve a total investment of Rs 1,000 crore, of which Allcargo will invest Rs 400 crore.Tenants, ecommerce, third-party logistics and manufacturing companies will invest Rs 600 crore.The project will be a multi-purpose, multi-user warehousing facility, spanning 10 lakh to 12 lakh square feet built-up area.“This is our first big in Bengal. After completing this project, we will look into other opportunities in the state,” Walase said.
