Officials from AMC’s North West Zone and senior police officers, including the assistant municipal commissioner and the DCP (traffic) met on Thursday to discuss traffic management in the zone. Also present were all traffic police inspectors, besides officials from AMC’s engineering and estate departments. The discussions focused on traffic junction development, GSL routes, BRTS routes, facilities for free left turns, removal of encroachments, and issues related to parking plots. Various suggestions were presented and guidelines established to enhance coordination among all departments involved. tnn
