Guwahati: A 21-year-old Kuki woman, Nei Esther Gangte, succumbed to critical gunshot injuries at district hospital, Churachandpur, on Sunday, seven days after she was wounded in an attack allegedly carried out by armed Naga militants in Noney district. Two other villagers, including a pregnant woman, were killed in the attack.
