Bengaluru: Citing procedural aberrations, the high court Tuesday set aside a trial court order granting conditional pardon to Pradosh, accused no. 14 in the Renukaswamy murder case who was granted the status of an approver.Justice M Nagaprasanna passed the order after partly allowing the petition filed by actor Darshan, accused no. 2 in the case. The judge has now remanded the matter back to the trial court to pass a fresh order, sans any fresh hearing.Darshan had argued that the trial court had sought a report from the probation officer and the latter had submitted a report saying Pradosh is a person of good conduct.
