New Delhi: Chief minister Rekha Gupta Thursday inaugurated a Jan Kaushal Kendra and a Swayam Swasthya Kendra in Moti Nagar Assembly constituency, established through the efforts of the Madan Lal Khurana Foundation.Gupta said the skill centre would help young people learn Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other modern technologies, preparing them for changing employment and entrepreneurship opportunities. She said the initiative would also encourage senior citizens to learn about AI and new technologies.The chief minister said access to healthcare services at the local level was as important as education and skills. The centre will provide tests including CBC, LFT, KFT, blood sugar, thyroid, cholesterol, lipid profile, cardiac and fever profiles and dental screening. ECG, blood pressure and oxygen level tests will also be available. Test reports will be provided digitally, while patients can consult doctors through telemedicine when required.Gupta also praised the foundation for carrying forward the public service ideals of former Delhi chief minister Madan Lal Khurana and appreciated Trinity Foundation’s support in vocational training, health camps and women empowerment.
