Bengaluru: AI-based lending technology platform Rezolv has raised $12.5 million in a Series A funding round led by Norwest, with participation from Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia and India, and existing investor 3one4 Capital.Founded in 2024 by Karan Mehta and Sonali Jindal, who earlier co-founded Kissht, Rezolv provides banks and non-bank lenders with software for debt collections and other lending workflows.The company will use the fresh capital to strengthen its AI capabilities across sales, risk assessment, loan underwriting and collections, while expanding into international markets.Rezolv said it serves more than 22 lenders, including AU Small Finance Bank, ICICI Bank, Poonawalla Fincorp and Bajaj Auto Credit. Its platform supports collections across over 12 million loan accounts and handles 6.5 million minutes of borrower conversations every month.Jindal said the next phase of AI adoption in lending would be measured by improvements in recoveries, operating costs and workforce productivity, rather than adoption alone.
