It’s been all yellow since 2005
This isn’t new – the Chicago Ducky Derby has been around since 2005, raising over $5 million for Special Olympics Illinois. The funds support year-round training, competitions and healthcare for 21,000+ athletes and 9,000 Young Athletes. Participation stays strong: 93,000 ducks in 2023, 76,000 in 2024, 82,000 last year (nearly $600,000 raised), and 75,000 in 2022.
