Ahmedabad: The State Examination Board has announced the schedule for the Teacher Aptitude Test for Higher Secondary (TAT-HS) main exam, conducted for candidates aspiring to become teachers in higher secondary schools across the state. As per the official notification, the main exam will be held on Aug 2, while hall tickets will be available for download from July 20 on the board’s official website.The preliminary exam for TAT-HS was conducted on April 12. Of 165,024 registered candidates, 147,584 candidates appeared for the exam. The results were declared on June 16.According to the prescribed criteria, candidates are required to secure a minimum of 35% marks, equivalent to 70 or more marks, to qualify for the main exam. A total of 51,971 candidates achieved the qualifying marks and are now eligible for the upcoming main test.The official circular regarding the main exam was issued by the secretary of the State Examination Board. Candidates are advised to download their hall tickets within the stipulated time and regularly check the official website for updates and important instructions related to the exam process. All other rules and provisions mentioned in the earlier notification will remain unchanged.
