Bengaluru: Commercial Street police recovered three Paithani saris worth Rs 6 lakh from a woman involved in their theft from a clothing showroom on Infantry Road.According to police, the owner of a clothing showroom located in a plaza on Infantry Road lodged a complaint on June 16, reporting that the saris had been stolen by an unidentified woman on June 12 and 13 by visiting the shop posing as a prospective customer.On Oct 1, police issued a notice to Latha, 36, from Ramachandrapura, Jalahalli, asking her to appear at the police station. The following day, she appeared before police with three saris.
