Pune: Two workers were injured after the pipe of a gas cylinder burst in an industrial unit at Devachi Urali around 10.30 am on Sunday. Both the workers sustained critical burn injuries and have been admitted to the Sassoon general hospital.According to the Phursungi police, the workers were engaged in cutting metal and other work in the unit when the rubber pipe attached to the burner and cylinder burst. This caused fire in the unit and both the workers sustained injuries.They were shifted to the Sassoon general hospital by their colleagues and unit manager.
