Dhubri: Two persons were arrested after the Dhubri district crime unit, with assistance from Dhubri police personnel, seized 15 bottles of suspected banned cough syrup during an operation in the Bidyapara Dabri area on Monday afternoon.The operation was conducted at 4.08pm, following which police arrested Iftikar Hoque Khandakar (38) and Abdul Alim Sk (38), both residents of Bidyapara Dabri, Ward No. 10, under Dhubri police station.Police seized two mobile phones and a polythene bag following due procedure. The two men were taken into custody in connection with the seizure.
