Chandigarh: Two miscreants on a bike sped away after snatching a gold chain from a woman at the Sector 22 market on Friday night. Sector 17 police registered a case against unknown persons and started a probe. No arrest has been made in the case so far. Suman Chopra, a resident of Hoshiarpur, Punjab said she came to Sector 22 to meet her sister. On Friday, both sisters went to the Sector 22 Shastri Market for shopping. As they were walking back home at around 9:30pm, two persons riding a bike approached from behind and fled after snatching Suman’s gold chain. Police registered a case and further investigation is on.
