MUMBAI: Prompt action by two CISF personnel helped save the life of a woman passenger who suffered a medical emergency at Mumbai airport.The incident took place in the Security Hold Area (SHA) of the airport, where a female passenger suddenly collapsed and required immediate medical assistance.Demonstrating exceptional alertness and professionalism, CISF sub-inspector (Executive) Anjali Sidh and head constable (GD) KU Sunita swiftly responded to the emergency. The two personnel administered cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and provided first aid to the passenger until the airport medical team arrived at the scene.According to the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), their timely intervention helped stabilise the woman’s condition and ensured that she received critical care during the crucial initial moments of the medical emergency.In a post on X, the CISF praised the duo for their quick thinking and dedication to duty. “Prompt intervention saves a life at ASG Mumbai.
