HYDERABAD: A POCSO case was registered against an office bearer of the Telangana Basketball Association for allegedly sexually harassing a player.According to police, the player’s mother lodged a complaint alleging that the general secretary had made sexual remarks and misbehaved with her daughter over the past two years, news agency PTI reported.Based on the complaint, a case was registered under relevant sections of the POCSO Act at Madhapur Police Station on July 24.Further investigation in this regard is underway, police said.(With agency inputs)
