Gurgaon: A 19-year-old boy allegedly died by suicide in the Kherki Daula area on Saturday morning.Police said Vishal jumped from the third floor of a building in Bhangrola village after an argument between him and a woman with whom he was in a live-in relationship.“It has come to light that a quarrel broke out between the two over some matter. Further action will be taken on the basis of the facts that emerge,” a senior police officer said. According to police, the couple had informed the landlord that they were husband and wife.Vishal, a native of Manona village in Uttar Pradesh’s Agra district, was living with the woman at a rented accommodation on the second floor of a building. After the quarrel, Vishal — who worked at a private company in the Kherki Daula area — took his bag and left the room, apparently to go for duty. However, instead of heading to his workplace, he went to the roof on the third floor of the building and jumped.After receiving information about the incident, police reached the spot and got the scene inspected. The body was later sent for an autopsy. Police said family members of both were also aware of their consensual relationship.Children playing nearby raised an alarm following which he was rushed to ESI Hospital in Manesar in a critical condition and was later referred to Civil Hospital in Sector 10, where he died during treatment.Police informed the deceased’s family members and are questioning the woman as part of the investigation. On Sunday, the body was handed over to the family members.
