Shimla: SJVN recorded its highest-ever annual generation of 13,302 million units in FY26, while its consolidated revenue rose to Rs 4,722 crore from Rs 3,376 crore in the previous year, chairperson and managing director Bhupender Gupta said at the company’s 38th annual general meeting on Monday.SJVN and its associate companies added 1,730 MW of installed capacity during the year. The 1,500 MW Nathpa Jhakri Hydro Power Station crossed 150 billion units of cumulative generation, while the Rampur and Naitwar Mori projects recorded their highest or above-design generation.Profit before tax rose to Rs 1,200 crore, while profit after tax stood at Rs 641 crore. The company approved a final dividend of Rs 0.35 per share, taking the FY26 dividend to Rs 1.5 per share.The 1,000 MW Bikaner Solar Power Project achieved full-capacity commercial operation and crossed 1 billion units of cumulative generation. The 70 MW Dhubri Solar Power Project in Assam was commissioned, while the 660 MW Unit-I of the 1,320 MW Buxar Thermal Power Project achieved commercial operation, marking SJVN’s entry into large-scale thermal power generation.SJVN spent Rs 30.72 crore on CSR and sustainable development activities in FY26.The company also added 75 MW through the Jamui Solar Project in Bihar in FY27, taking its operational portfolio to over 4,271 MW.
