KMC elections could be held based on the electoral roll as on Oct 1, and not July 1, that was handed over to political parties on Tuesday, opposition netas said after meeting state election officials on Wednesday. The delegation included members from CPM, Mamata Trinamool, Congress, CPI-ML (Liberation) and civil rights activists.
