Vasco: The twins who died in a tragic incident were ITI students and since their classes were resuming on Monday, they had planned the short picnic on Saturday. They were supposed to return to Vasco by Kulem train later in the afternoon.Their mother had tried convincing them not to go for a picnic on Saturday, however, three siblings forced mother to cook chicken xacuti to take along with them for lunch after their swim at Collem.People from the town visited the Madar siblings’ house to convey their condolences after the news of the deaths spread. The Madar family were staying in a rented house at New Vaddem in Vasco.
